Tax Deduction / BBBEE points
As the trust is a registered Public Benefit Organization you will be able to deduct your contributions as donations for tax purposes in terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act (South Africa).
In addition, any contributions by Companies can be taken into account as Corporate Social Responsibility spend for BBBEE purposes.
